Artist: Andy Griffiths


A passionate folk/rock singer/songwriter Andy writes from gut feelings and personal experiences. He sings lead and tends to play a rhythmic/percussive style on acoustic guitar mostly, occasionally switching to electric guitar. Melodies and vocal harmony are prevalent throughout his tunes. He has been thoroughly enjoying playing live shows over the past 22 years, or so. And is enjoying a busy schedule currently playing venues and events of all shapes and sizes.

Andy Griffiths' first solo CD, release ‘Looking At A Life’ is a folky-pop-rock album with an honest take on a life well lived and is set to release CD number 2 ‘MIND ON OTHER THINGS'. You will find a selection of tunes ranging from East Coast folk flavour to rocking folky power pop. Once again, boasting a selection of some of the top, world class musicians from in and around the GTA.

Artist: Subhadra Vijaykumar

Subhadra Vijaykumar

Internationally travelled Subhadra Vijaykumar, a Mississauga based Carnatic (South Indian classical) violinist is the Artistic Director of Radha Carnatic Violin Creations. Subhadra holds a first-class diploma in Violin from the prestigious Bharatiya Music and Arts Society's Music College in Mumbai, India. She trained under the late Mrs. Vijayam Ramaswamy, an eminent disciple of the internationally renowned soloist and maestro Prof. T.N. Krishnan. She has also trained under Prof. Krishnan directly. Radha Academy of Carnatic Violin was founded with a view to imparting training in the finest traditions of Carnatic Violin playing.

Subhadra has accompanied several artists, participated in orchestras for classical Indian dance performances, given lecture demonstrations as well as given solo concerts. Subhadra has performed across the GTA as well as in in Canada, England and the Far East. She has been invited by different artists to collaborate in presenting World Music concerts. Subhadra is a faculty member at the Royal Conservatory of Music.

Artist: Darryl Melo


Darryl Melo

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Mississauga resident Melo started singing and is completely self-taught, starting out by reading tablature and picking things up by ear. Melo started a band in high school and knew from there he would never stop playing. He next created a band called ‘Willowbank’ after high school which prompted him to start showcasing his original songs. In 2012 Melo went into the Shop studios and recorded his EP titled “These Open Arms.”

Scott Driscoll

Driscoll blends easy listening music with strong emotions and storytelling about life and experiences. His first CD “No Regrets” has been released and Driscoll performs in Ontario with his band. Scott Driscoll & The Heartland Levy can be found at festivals and clubs throughout the region connecting with new fans at every show.

Artist: Laugh At The Fakes


Drawing influences from classic rock to thrash metal, Laugh At The Fakes is a hard rock band that pushes the limits of the genre while staying true to it. Formed in the fall of 2010, Laugh At The Fakes is the brainchild of singer/guitarist and songwriter Everett Mason. The high energy quartet which features Everett Mason on vocals and guitar, Julian Craig on drums, Galen Weir on bass, and Erik Moods on guitar, have just released their debut record “One Night Only” which is available on iTunes.

Artist: Peter Solmes

Peter Solmes

Born and raised in Toronto, Peter is naturally a Canadian singer/songwriter who writes and performs song about the places, history, traditions and life in general that he has observed and experienced.

In 2012 he released a video from his Canadian Tales CD called Hockey and Beer about a definite Canadian tradition. Peter also wrote songs about two other Canadian traditions on a Saturday night with tribute songs about Don Messer and Tommy Hunter [“Tommy and Me”].

So enjoy Peters musical landscapes of his Canadian home and portraits of the people and lyrical vistas of history and traditional pastimes.

Artist: Michael Banks


Just now starting to break out on to the scene, Michael Banks reflects on past experiences and future goals to communicate himself personally through music. He has been a diligent student of music for almost twenty years.

Classically trained, and with a post secondary music education, he is determined to show the world an eclectic style of composition that few artists can compare to.

Shannon Butcher

Shannon Butcher is a favourite in the Canadian jazz scene and "delivers the perfect mixture of uptempo jazz-pop and sultry vocals" [Eye Magazine] Shannon’s release of three albums in the past four years on her own label, Summer Bloom Records, has garnered her praise from jazz and pop critics alike, including iTunes' top ten Best New Jazz Artist rankings.

Beyond her reputation as an accomplished song stylist, Shannon is admired as a songwriter for her heartfelt compositions. Her music has become a favourite of CBC and Toronto's Jazz.FM91.
